When considering your next banquet or meeting room event at the Creative Arts and Event Center, two space options are available to you ... Bradley Hall and the Creative Arts Gallery Hall. Information and pricing are available below.
Bradley Hall
Please call for pricing, which will vary according to the time of day, length of meeting or event, equipment or special services required, etc.
Bradley Hall (top floor): (up to 250 total guests). Includes: Bradley Hall (Grand Ballroom), and Center Reception Hall (bar and other services area). For events larger than 150 guests, the adjoining third floor North Reception Hall is also available. Standard event length is 4 hours, not including set-up and tear-down / clean-up. Standard seating for receptions is 60” round tables, 8 guests per table. Theatre seating arrangements for meetings / presentations can be accommodated in either Grand Ballroom, or North Reception Hall. Maximum (theatre style) seating capacity is 200 for Grand Ballroom, or 120 for North Reception Hall. Maximum banquet seating at round tables is 176 for Grand Ballroom, 100 for Center Reception Hall, and 100 for North Reception Hall. Creative Arts Gallery Hall

Creative Arts Gallery Hall (main floor) Banquets (up to 120 guests) with potential overflow of some activities, e.g. buffet tables, to adjacent J. Ward Walker Room for events scheduled after normal daytime building business hours. Please call for pricing options that will be dependent on special services / equipment needed.
Room rentals for either floor includes the following, regardless of event size:
- Creative Arts and Event Center staff set-up tables and chairs.
- Standard tables for banquets (60” round, 8 guest per table) and standard seating as provided, head table arrangements available on request.
- Event length of up to 4 hours for banquets
- Available for set-up 3 hours prior to event. All events normally conclude by 11 P.M. on Friday / Saturday, 9 P.M. on Sunday
Room rental charges do not include:
- Table linens, serving ware, or other equipment /accessories needed for banquet service, these are included in standard banquet support charges.
- Staffing charge to support bar and or banquet services including table dressing, decorating, guest service during the event, and post event clean-up.
- Room or table decorations / centrepieces.
- Sales Tax
